ORGANIZATION COORDINATOR
The Descalças is a non profit Cooperative Cultural founded in 2005, in Azores by 5 women artists with the mission to cooperate in development, social intervention and solidarity through art. The activities of the cooperative include the creation and production of artwork, cultural publications and training, in the following areas:

music

theatre
-
cinema/film
-
literature
amongst others, with the main purpose of creating cultural products available to the public of all ages in order to promote equal opportunities in accessing cultural and social participation.
